## Change Image Dimensions in Seconds

Upload limits, thumbnails, profile pictures, print specs - every platform wants a different size. AiLoveKit's **image resizer** scales JPG, PNG, and WebP files to exact pixels or a percentage, with aspect-ratio locking so nothing gets stretched. The resize runs on your device's canvas - your image is never uploaded.

## Typical Resizing Jobs

- **Web banners** - scale to exact widths like 1280 or 1920 px.

- **Profile pictures** - quick 50% scale or fixed square sizes.

- **Email attachments** - combine with [Compress Image](https://www.ailovekit.com/image/compress/) for big savings.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Does resizing keep proportions?**

With aspect ratio locked (default), entering a width automatically calculates the matching height.

**Can I upscale images?**

Yes, up to 500% - though enlarging adds no real detail. For web use, downsizing is the common case.

**What output format is used?**

The same format as your input (JPG stays JPG, PNG stays PNG).
